对当前小微企业融资问题的若干思考

Reflections on Current Financing Problems of Small and Micro Enterprises

当前学界、业界对解决小微企业融资难问题存在多种认识,提出的解决方式和思路大相径庭,部分认识较为片面,对于做好小微金融服务工作可能产生一定的误导,本文选择在小微企业融资利率、融资渠道、融资难成因、抵押担保措施等五方面,剖析一些片面认识产生的原因,并提出看法和建议。

At present,there are many kinds of ideas to solve the financing problem of small and micro enterprises in the academia and industry,and the proposed solutions are very different.Some ideas are onesided,and perhaps it may misleading to do well in small and micro financial services.In this paper,we choose five aspects,such as the financing rate,financing channel,the cause of financing difficulties and the mortgage guarantee measures in small and micro enterprises,to analyze the causes of some one-sided ideas and put forward some opinions and suggestions.
