衢州市绿色金融改革创新的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Green Financial Reform and Innovation in Quzhou

绿色金融既是国家层面推进金融改革的重要内容,也是浙江深化绿色金融改革创新的内在要求,还是推动衢州供给侧结构性改革的现实需要。2017年6月23日,浙江省衢州市获批"全国绿色金融改革创新试验区",这对衢州既是机遇也是挑战。本文阐述了衢州绿色金融改革创新已取得的实践成果,分析了目前碰到的问题并就构建地方绿色金融标准、信用、政策支持及服务体系等四大体系进行探讨,为深入建设全国绿色金融改革创新试验区提出建议和思路。

Green finance is not only an important content to promote financial reform at the national level,but also the inherent requirement of deepening the green financial reform and innovation in Zhejiang province,and it is also the realistic need to promote the structural reform of supply side as well as green transformation of traditional industries in Quzhou.On June 23rd,2017,Quzhou was awarded the＂national green financial reform and innovation experiment plot＂,which is both opportunity and challenge for Quzhou.This paper expounds achievements and analyzes the problems encountered at present,then puts forward some suggestions about exploring the construction of local green financial standard system,green financial credit system,green financial policy supporting system and green financial service system.
