综述了在十八大以来的五年中,中国汽车工业、汽车涂料和涂装工业的整体发展概况,相关环保法规体系的建立情况以及技术进展,着重介绍了汽车涂料工业在过去五年中的新产品开发和新技术发展,并对未来汽车涂料行业的发展进行了展望。

This paper surnmarizes the overall development of China＇s automobile industry, automobile coatings and painting industry in the five years after the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, mainly introducing research and development of new products and development of new technologies by the automobile coatings indust~ in the past five years and envisioning future development of the automobile coatings industry.
