摘要
通过对插片零件结构的分析,设计了插片冲裁级进模,确定插片级进模由11个工位组成。介绍了冲裁孔之间距离很小的插片薄形件加工的工艺,以及插片级进模的模具结构。通过对插片加工工艺的分析,在进料方面采用浮动挡料销和浮顶销,在定距方面采用了侧刃和导正销,使条料定位更加准确,从而使插片级进模加工取得了好的效果。
Through the analysis of the structure of the insert,the insert punching die is designed which is composed of 11 stations.The processing technology of the thin insert parts with small distance between the punching holes,and the die structure of the step die are described in detail.A floating pin to feed the material,the side edge and the guide pin are used by analyzing the stamping process.This design makes the material positioning more accurate,so that the progressive die has a good processing effect.
