摘要
为了加工中、小批量以及多批次、不同直径和不同高度的环形石蜡工件(以下简称蜡环),设计制作一种较为经济实用的石蜡经济模,来替代自动化机械制模压蜡机。以铝合金工业气缸为选型对象,通过对其气密精度、结构和运动模式与自动化机械制模压蜡机工作原理的比对和试验,确立其具备相似的工作特性,并建立了利用工业气缸作为经济模来加工蜡环的工艺流程。经过测试,通过经济模生产的蜡环,符合产品尺寸与精度的要求,在中、小批量蜡环加工中可以替代自动化机械制模压蜡机,降低了开发成本。
A new economic wax mould was introduced in this study to replace the automatic machine moulding,viz.,the wax injector for producing the wax ring workpiece of different diameters and heights in short run and multi batch.After comparing the principles of aluminum industrial air cylinder with professional wax injector,the similar functions in seal precision,structure and mould operation of the two were identified.Therefore,the technical process for manufacturing wax rings with the air cylinder mould was established and the produced products met the dimensional accuracy requirement.In the small batch production of wax rings,the designed economic mould can replace the automatic mechanical wax injector with the advantage of saving development cost.
