摘要
汽车车身冲压件作为整车的重要组成部分,冲压覆盖件的外观质量将直接影响到整车的外观美感。阐述了通过对模具型面上的R角的控制方法,解决冲压覆盖件的滑移线、走料痕、冲击线等外观质量缺陷问题,达到了提高整车外观质量的目的。
The car body stamping parts is the integral part of the vehicle.Especially,the appearance quality of the stamping parts will directly affect the aesthetic feeling of the vehicle.This paper expounds the control method of die R angle,to solve and improve appearance quality defects of stamping outer covering parts such as slip lines,flow marks,impact lines in order to achieve the purpose of the vehicle appearance quality requirements.
