摘要
为满足新车型的需要,对原有模具进行改进。通过图纸投影来确定补焊位置及型面大小,用螺栓加强焊接强度。根据模具基准孔及模具表面,确定数控加工坐标。在凹模上留出加工余量,然后钳工研磨调试,最终得到符合要求的制件,且保证了模具的强度。改进后的模具在生产使用中效果良好,满足装车要求。
In order to meet the needs of the new car model,the original dies are improved.The repair welding position and the size of the profile were determined by drawing the projection,and the bolt was used to reinforce welding strength.According to die base hole and die surface,NC machining coordinates were determined.The machining allowance on the concave die was retained,then ground to meet the part size requirement,which can guarantee the strength of the die.The improved die is well used in production and meets the requirement of assembly.
