摘要
目前关于正畸牙移动机制的综述中,对于骨组织改建的探讨较多,而较少深入地阐述牙周膜在正畸力作用下的各种反应与重建,然而其重要性却是无法忽视的.施加在牙齿上的机械力传导至牙周组织后,可引起牙周膜的多种反应,包括细胞改变、胞外基质重建、炎症与免疫反应、神经变化和血管反应等等,与骨组织的重塑共同构成了动态的调控系统,从而产生牙齿的移动.本文将全面详细地阐述正畸牙移动中牙周膜的力学生物学反应与重建机理,更加完整地说明其发生的改变.
In the current reviews on the mechanism of orthodontic tooth movement,discussions were mostly in bone tissue remodeling,while much fewer studies were on periodontal ligaments remodeling under the orthodontic force,which nevertheless is also an important aspect.After transferring the mechanical force from tooth to periodontal tissue,multiple reactions have happened,including the celluar reactions,extracellular matrix reconstruction,inflammation and immune responses,neural and vascular reactions.All these alterations and bone remodeling together constitute the dynamic regulatory system for tooth movement.This review is to comprehensively elaborate the relevant biological mechanism in periodontal tissue remodeling under the orthodontic force,and to clarify the changes completely.
