摘要
交感神经活动增强为慢性心力衰竭发生发展的重要机制。迷走神经刺激拮抗交感神经活动,可延缓心力衰竭发展进程,改善心力衰竭患者生存质量。迷走神经刺激为慢性心力衰竭的一种可能性的治疗方案。然而,颈迷走神经刺激为侵入性治疗,有损伤迷走神经、感染、心脏骤停等风险。耳迷走神经为迷走神经在体表的唯一分支,主要分布在耳甲艇、耳甲腔。耳迷走神经刺激为经皮刺激,创伤小、副作用少。本文就耳迷走神经刺激治疗慢性心力衰竭治疗机制进行综述。
Sympathetic nervous activity is a significant cause of chronic heart failure. Vagus nerve stimulation can inhibit sympathetic nerve activity,which can slow the development of heart failure and improves the patients' quality of life. Thus,it is a possible treatment for chronic heart failure. However,the treatment is invasive and come along with risks such as infection,cardiac arrest,and injury to the vagus nerve. The auricular branch of vagus nerve is located on the surface of the body and is mainly distributed in the auricular concha and concha. Vagus nerve stimulation of the ear branch is percutaneous stimulation. It causes fewer traumas and has fewer side effects. This article discusses the auricular branch of the vagus nerve stimulation as a treatment for chronic heart failure.
