康复护理干预对脑梗死患者吞咽功能障碍的改善效果评价

Effect evaluation of rehabilitation nursing intervention on improvement of swallowing dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探究康复护理干预对脑梗死患者吞咽功能障碍的改善效果。方法研究对象选取为2015年4月至2017年4月本院收治的98例急性脑梗死患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者则进行康复护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后的洼田氏饮水试验评分情况及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的洼田氏评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的洼田氏评分均显著降低,且观察组患者改善程度显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率为97.9%(48/49),显著高于对照组患者护理总满意率87.8%(43/49),差异具有统计学意义(Z=-3.015,P<0.001)。结论实施康复护理干预能够有效的改善脑梗死患者的吞咽功能,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on swallowing dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The study selected 98 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction between 2015.4 ~ 2017.4 in our hospital,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention,two groups were compared before and after the intervention of the Watian drinking water test score and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of two groups（ P〈0.05）. The scores of two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0.05）,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate was97.9%（ 48/49） in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 87.8%,43/49）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The implementation of rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction,improve patient care satisfaction.
