摘要
积极的心理干预能够有效激发学生的英语学习动机,形成积极的价值观体系.基于国内对学习倦怠的定义、结构维度以及影响因素的分析,对大学英语学习倦怠实情进行调查分析.结果表明,大学英语学习中的情感耗竭倦怠实为假性倦怠,学习兴趣缺乏、学习策略缺失和自我管控缺失是主要诱因.探讨如何利用积极心理学对大学英语课程学习中的假性倦怠进行组织干预和个人干预,以增加学生的英语学习投入,有效降低大学英语学习倦怠程度.
The positive psychological intervention can effectively stimulate students′ English learning motivation and help to form a positive value system.Based on the domestic study of the definition,structural dimensions and analysis of influencing factors of learning burnout,an investigation is conducted to describe and analyzes the actual conditions of student burnout in college English learning.The results show that students′emotional drainage is actually pseudo-burnout,which is mainly due to the lack of learning interest,learning strategies and self-regulations.To carry out organizational intervention and personal intervention of pseudo-burnout in college English learning based on positive psychology may increase students′English learning investment and effectively reduce students′learning burnout.
