随着企业结构不断升级更新,运营过程中企业对应用型人才的需求不断变化,因此学校需要根据企业需要调整人才培养方向.阐述订单式培养模式的含义与特点,分析构建订单式培养模式的意义,并探讨如何构建高职院校体育健康指导专业订单式培养模式,以完善教学手段,提高学生就业率,满足企业的人才需求,实现学校教育工作与企业用人单位工作的有效对接.

With the continuous upgrading of enterprise structure,the enterprise′s demand for applied talents is changing during operation,so higher vocational colleges need to adjust the direction of talent training according to the needs of enterprises.This paper illustrates the meaning and characteristics of the order-oriented training mode,analyzes the significance of the mode,and probes into how to construct the order-oriented training mode of the sports and health guidance majors in higher vocational colleges,so as to perfect the teaching modes,increase the employment rate of the graduates,and meet the needs of the enterprises,which may form an effective link between vocational colleges and enterprises.
