摘要
坚持社会主义办学方向,全面深化高等教育改革,推进高校治理能力现代化,必须要锻造一支高素质的干部队伍。高校依法治校、深化改革的任务越艰巨,基层管理干部的能力素质问题就越应该引起高度关注。应着重加强高校基层管理干部的理论学习、岗位管理、落实执行、信息沟通、工作创新等五种能力建设,不断提升高校内部治理水平。
Adhering to the socialist orientation in education, comprehensively deepening higher education reform and promoting university governance capacity modernization need a highly qualified cadre team. The more difficult the task of managing the university by law is, the greater attention should be attached to capability and quality of basic managerial staff. The basic managerial staff should improve the following capacity construction including theoretical study, post management, executive implementation, information communication and innovative work.
