摘要
以中氮茚为基础,设计合成了荧光性能良好的中氮茚肟衍生物2-苯基-3-醛基中氮茚-1-肟,采用IR,NMR等手段对其结构进行了表征。研究了该分子的光谱性质。选取Ag^+、Al^(3+)、Ba^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Na^+、Ni^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Fe3+等11种常见金属离子,对化合物进行了离子识别实验。结果表明,该中氮茚肟衍生物在一定浓度范围内对Fe3+具有良好的选择性识别能力,受常见离子干扰小。其对Fe3+线性响应范围为:2×10-5mol/L^3×10-4mol/L,最低检出限为:6×10-6mol/L。
Indolizine derivative 1-((Hydroxyimino)methyl)-2-phenylindolizine-3- carbaldehyde is designed and synthesized with good fluorescence performance. The structure is determined by IR, IH NMR. The paper presents the spectral properties of the molecule and the influences of eleven metal ions such as Ag^+, AP^+, Ba^2+, Ca^2+, Cu^2+, K^+, Mg^2+, Na^+, Ni^2+, Zn^2+ and Fe^3+ on its fluorescence properties. Spectroscopic studies reveals that the indolizine oxime derivative has rather strong affinity toward Fe^3+ within a certain concentration range, and is less disturbed by common ions. The detection limit is 6 × 10^-6 mol/L, the linear range is 2 ×10^-5 mol/L - 3 ×10^-4mol/L.
