行业特色地方高校研究生培养质量提升实践探索——以江苏科技大学为例

On Quality Promoting Practice of Postgraduate Training in Local Colleges and Universities with Industry Characteristics:Take Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as an Example

研究生学习是高级人才培养的重要阶段,研究生培养质量直接决定着人才培养质量,研究生培养质量的提升是研究生教育的核心课题,具有重要的现实和战略意义。江苏科技大学是一所船海特色明显的地方高校,立足于学校研究生培养的实际情况,对目前研究生培养现状进行调研分析,发现不足,提炼优势。根据研究生培养现状,结合学校行业特色,提出进一步提升研究生培养质量的措施与建议,最后总结了江苏科技大学研究生培养质量提升的成果和经验,以期为行业特色明显的地方高校研究生培养质量提升提供借鉴。

Postgraduate study is an important stage of advanced talent training, and the quality of postgraduate training directly determines the quality of talent training. The promotion of postgraduate training quality is the core issue of graduate education, which is of great significance in reality and strategy. Jiangsu University of Science and Technology is a local university with obvious ship-sea characteristics. The paper is based on the actual situation of postgraduate training, carries on the investigation and analysis to the present training situation, finds deficiency and tries out advantages. According to the current situation of graduate education, combined with the university ＇s industry characteristics, measures and suggestions are put forward to further upgrade the quality of postgraduate training. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in improving the quality of postgraduate training so as to provide reference for the quality improvement of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities with obvious industry characteristics.
