摘要
高校教学管理人员虽不是教学工作中直接的授业解惑者,却是高校培养人才过程中不可或缺的角色队伍。集管理、服务于一身的教务秘书与其他高校教师的心理契约同中有异,是职业倦怠的高发人群,很容易产生心理契约违背。高校应针对教学管理人员的角色特点和工作性质,采取措施调动其积极的心理因素,建构双方默契、信任的心理契约,为教学工作平稳有序的运转提供有力保障。
Although teaching administrators in colleges and universities are not involved in direct teaching work,they play indispensable roles in the process of training talents. Teaching secretaries, responsible for management and services, have different psychological contracts compared with other college teachers and high risk of occupation burnout. It is easy for them to produce the psychological contract breach. The college leaders should take measures to mobilize the positive psychological factors according to the role characteristics of teaching affairs administrators,construct the psychological contract understood and trusted by both sides to provide powerful safeguards for smooth and orderly operation of teaching work.
