高职院校大学生就业能力提升路径研究

随着我国经济建设的更新转型,社会用工严重不足,就业群体持续增加,就业市场面临巨大挑战。当前,高职学生就业形势日趋严峻,针对当前这一现实情况,结合社会就业形势的特点,对高职学生就业存在的问题加以研究分析,提出了加强高职学生技能培养、完善就业指导服务体系、强化就业思想教育以及大力推广创业创新教育等提升高职大学生就业能力的有效对策。

With the renewal and transformation of economic construction in China, the social employment shortage is serious while the employment group continues to increase, so the employment market is facing enormous challenges. At present, the employment situation of college students is gradually harsh. Combined with the characteristics of the social employment situation, the paper makes study of and analyzes the problems, proposes to strengthen the skills training, improves the employment guidance service system, strengthens the ideological education, promotes the education of entrepreneurship and innovation and other effective countermeasures to enhance the employment ability of college students.
