"老赖"司法拘留案件数量递增、形态多样,拘留所在"老赖"这一社会矛盾化解中具有独特优势。台州市椒江区拘留所积极探索"失信被执行人"(俗称"老赖")的司法拘留社会矛盾化解体系,构建"一个化解环境",共建"二家合作机制",创新"三技矛盾化解法",搭建"四个合作平台",规范"五位走工作法",并在实践中向"纵、横、内、外"四维度拓展。拘留所积极参与"老赖"社会矛盾的化解,能有效地推动法院解决"执行难"的问题,维护社会稳定,护航经济发展。

The judicial detention cases involving with deadbeats are increasing and verified, whiledetentions take a peculiar advantage in conciliating social conflicts involving with deadbeats. Jiaojiang DistrictDetention of Taizhou City tries to explore social conflicts conciliation mechanism during judicial detention ofdishonest debtors, or deadbeats as usually called. They construct＂one conciliating environment＂, co-build＂two-party cooperative mechanism＂, originate＂three conflicts conciliation methods＂, create＂four cooperativeplatforms＂, regulate＂five-step working procedure＂and expand to＂vertical-horizontal-internal-external＂fourdimensions in practice. Detentions＇ effective participation will effectively solve the courts＇ difficulty ofexecution, maintain social stability and guarantee economic development
