现场勘查工作质量提升的路径选择——以A省B市现场勘查工作现状为研究范例

Path Selection in the Improvement of Crime Scene Investigation

通过对A省B市公安机关在贯彻落实"一长四必"机制以来现场勘查工作质量情况的实地调研,从有效痕迹物证提取情况、勘验信息录入质量、勘查工作战果转化等方面分析来看,人员主观能动性、工作管理机制、相关组织保障是制约现场勘查工作质量的主要因素,因此应通过发挥勘查人员业务主动性、完善勘查工作监督考核制度、强化对勘查业务的组织保障等提升现场勘查工作质量。

According to the research and study on the effectiveness of crime scene investigation since theimplementation of＂one leader and four must＂mechanism in public security bureaus, investigators＇ subjectiveinitiative, management mechanism and relative organizational guarantees are major restrictive factors of theeffectiveness. The analysis covers trace evidence extract, input of spot investigation information, investigationachievement transformation and so on. Therefore, the effectiveness of CSI can be enhanced through inspiring thestaff, improving the supervision and assessment system, and increasing organizational guarantees.
