地方本科院校应用型法治人才培养机制的改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Cultivating Mechanism for Application-Oriented Legal Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges

目前,地方本科院校应用型法治人才培养普遍面临着比较突出的问题:办学定位的犹疑累及人才培养方案的制定和实施,师资队伍建设还不能满足应用型法治人才培养的需要,课程体系僵化的问题仍然没有得到明显的改观,实践教学难以取得突破性进展。为此,亟待推动培养机制的改革和创新:一是高校和实务部门联合制定科学的人才培养方案,二是建设与应用型法治人才培养相适应的高素质师资队伍,三是构建理论知识传授和实务技能培养相均衡的课程体系,四是切实解决影响实践教学效果的各个环节和方面存在的问题。

At present, application-oriented legal talents cultivation in local undergraduate collegesuniversally faces prominent problems： the unclear running orientation affects the formulation and implementationof talent training plan; the construction of teaching staff can not meet the needs of application-oriented legaltalents cultivation; the rigid curriculum system does not have obvious change; the practical teaching can notmake breakthrough progress in long term. Therefore, it is urgent to push reform and innovation of cultivatingmechanism： 1. colleges and practice units make up scientific talent training plan together; 2. to constructhigh-qualified teaching staff team to meet the needs of application-oriented legal talents cultivation; 3. todesign balanced curriculum system with theoretical knowledge and practical ability; 4. to solve problems inpractical teaching links.
