摘要
以6个辣椒新品种为材料,分别对辣椒形态、果形、营养品质、产量效益指标进行测定及对比。结果表明,品种北星1号和托县酱椒果肉厚,单果质量较重,适宜作为鲜食或者酱制辣椒品种。北星6号和托县泡椒果肉厚中等,果实深红色,适宜作为干制或者加工提取红色素辣椒品种。品种F114和托县灯笼红果肉较薄,风味品质独特,作为干制辣椒品种在当地具有推广应用价值。
The characteristics of 6 hot pepper varieties were tested and evaluated in Tuoketuo County of Inner Mongolia, such as the morphological trait, fruit shape, nutritional quality and yield benefit. The results indicated that new varieties Beixing 1 and Tuoketuo-jiangjiao grew thicker fruit wall and heavier single fruit, suitable for fresh-cooking or salting. Beixing 6 and Tuoketuo-paojiao showed medium thickness in fruit wall and dark red fruit, suitable for fruit-drying or extracting capsicum red pigment. New varieties F114 and Tuoketuo- hongdenglong with thinner fruit wall and special flavor quality could be widely grown as fruit-drying varieties in local areas.
