摘要
本研究为了验证罗勒 (OcimunbasilicumLine) ,鼠尾草 (SalviaofficinalisL .) ,百里香 (ThymusvulgarisLine)等草本芳香植物的叶中是否含有抗氧化物质 ,选用猪油作为氧化材料进行了抗氧化实验分析。同时为了进一步证明植物体中抗氧化物质的存在形式 ,分别采用植物的干燥叶片和从植物中提取的精油进行抗氧化处理。最后对三种植物抗氧化性的强弱作对比分析。其结果为 :三种植物都具有抗氧化性 ,其中干燥叶片的抗氧化性比精油更强 ,证明更多的抗氧化物质存在于除精油成分以外的非挥发性物质中。三种植物抗氧化性强弱顺序为 :百里香 ,鼠尾草 。
To verify the anti-oxidative substances from aromatic plants of Ocimun basilicum Line, Salvia officinalis L., and Thymus vulgaris Line, experiment of anti-oxidation were proceeded with the lard as oxidative material.And in order to prove the existing form of anti-oxidative substances of three herbs,the experiment were used dry leaves and essential oil of the three herbs respectively.Moreover,their anti-oxidative strength was analyzed.The results show that three varieties of plant have anti-oxidation and that of dry leaves were stronger than essential oil's.It is clear that more anti-oxidative composition survive in the nonvolatile parts of the plant.The anti-oxidation strength of three plants were arranged as following: Thymus vulgaris Line,Salvia officinalis L. and Ocimun basilicum Line.
