海南农业电子商务发展现状与对策

Developments and Countermeasures of Agricultural E-commerce in Hainan

农村电子商务是转变农业发展方式的重要手段,是精准扶贫的重要载体。农村电商能有效减少中间环节,使得农民获得更多利益,是农业现代化的重要推手。海南农业电子商务发展非常迅速,但也存在人才紧缺、物流不健全、标准化低、品牌少和农村信息化技术薄弱和公共服务落后等问题,制约着农业电子商务发展。通过在海南省内进行广泛实地调研基础上,分析了海南农业电子商务发展现状及存在的主要问题,阐述了其发展面临的机遇和挑战,进而提出相应的发展对策,为推动海南农业电子商务快速健康发展建言献策。

The rural electronic commerce （e-commerce） is an important way to change the agricultural development mode, and is an important carrier of precision alleviation of poverty. The rural e-commerce could effectively reduce the intermediate links so that farmers could get more benefits, and it is an important driver of agricultural modernization. The agricultural e-commerce in Hainan has developed very rapidly, but there are also many problems, such as shortage of talents, poor logistics, low standardization, fewer product brands, weak rural informatization and backward public service. These problems have restricted the development of agricultural e-commerce. An on-the-spot survey was made to the e-commerce in Hainan, and the present situation and existing problems arising from the agricultural e-commerce in Hainan were analyzed, based on which the opportunities and challenges of the agricultural e-commerce in Hainan were discussed, and some suggestions were put forward in order to promote the healthy development of agricultural e-commerce in Hainan.
