培养满足体育市场需求,具有自主创新能力的体育人才,是各体育类高校的教学目标之一.基于体育专业人才市场的岗位需求现状,结合体育专业创新创业教育模式存在的问题,分析如何构建以岗位需求为导向的创新创业教育模式.提出从专业设置、教师培养、实习实训基地建设、完善教学设施等方面解决目前存在的问题,培养适合时代要求的体育人才,推动体育专业大学生人才培养教育改革.

Satisfying the requirement of sports market and cultivating the physical talents with pioneering spirit are one of the teaching objectives of all physical colleges.Based on current employment situation of sports talents and combined with the problems of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching modes of sports major,the teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship guided by job demand is formulated.Current problems will be addressed from the prospective of setting specialties,training teachers,constructing practice base and completing instruction facilities so as to cultivate the physical talents adapting to the development of the new era and promote education reform of physical college students.
