On the construction of the professional ethics of college PE teachers

要实现立德树人这一教育的根本任务,需要加强教师队伍建设,提高师德水平.对高校体育教师职业道德建设的重要性进行详细的分析,提出当前高校体育教师职业道德建设存在的主要问题,并给出解决途径,从而提高高校体育教师职业道德素质,进而促进人文素质教育与社会主义精神文明建设.

In order to realize the basic task of education to strengthen moral education and cultivate people,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the level of teachers′morality.This paper makes a detailed analysis on the importance of the professional ethics construction of college PE teachers,putting forward the major problems existing in current professional ethics construction of college PE teachers and offering the solutions to it.Thus,those teachers′professional ethics can be greatly improved so as to promote the construction on the humanistic quality education and socialist spiritual civilization.
