为了给建筑工程项目信息化管理提供良好的理论基础,对BIM技术在其中的应用影响进行研究.利用逻辑思维分析法对收集到的相关资料进行深入分析,阐述了工程造价和工程进度存在的问题及BIM技术对该项目管理的影响.实践表明,用BIM技术对建筑项目进行管理可以有效地减少施工时间,节省大量的人力、物力和财力,工程施工效率大大提高.事实上,BIM技术可以应用到建筑项目管理中的各个环节,值得深入推广和研究.

In order to provide a good theoretical basis for the information management of construction project,the applied influence of BIM technology is studied.Based on the logical thinking analysis method to analyze the collected relevant data in depth,the paper expounded the existing problems of project cost and project progress,and the influence of BIM technology on the project management.The practice shows that BIM technology to manage construction project can effectively reduce the construction time,save a lot of manpower,materials and financial resources,and greatly improve the construction efficiency.In fact,BIM technology can be applied to all aspects of the construction project management,which deserves further promotion and research.
