铜川市智慧医疗协同云服务——心电项目运营模式与效果分析

Operation Mode and Effect Analysis of Tongchuan City Smart Medical Collaborative Cloud Service—ECG Project

铜川智慧医疗协同云服务项目由铜川市卫生与计划生育局主导,以铜川矿务局中心医院、北京中医药大学孙思邈医院为核心,向上承接北京中医药大学医疗技术资源,向下覆盖铜川地区区县级医院(二级医院)、乡镇卫生院/社区服务中心(一级医院)、村卫生室,可跨区域、跨医院实现医院心电、影像、病理等医技科室之间的互联互通、信息共享。本文以心电项目为例探讨智慧医疗协同云服务的运营模式及应用效果,为有效推进"协同诊断-远程会诊-双向转诊"的分级诊疗模式提供做法借鉴。

Tongchuan smart medical cooperation cloud service center was founded by Tongchuan Health and Family Planning Bureau, the technology and equipment was provided by Xi＇an Zhongying medical technology company. Take Tongchuan Mining Bureau Hospital and Sun Si Miao Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the core, upward by take over the medical resources of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, down to cover county hospitals（secondary hospital）, township hospitals/community service centers（first class hospital）, village clinics in Tongchuan. Interoperability and information sharing between the different departments across the region and hospitals such as ECG, imaging, pathology have been realized, patients can make special consultation without transferring between institutions. This paper takes ECG project as an example to discuss the operation mode and application effect of Smart Medical Collaborative Cloud Service, and provide empirical reference for effectively promoting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model of ＂collaborative diagnosis-remote consultation-two-way referral＂.
