摘要
目的为了解工程薄膜塑料电晕工作场所空气中臭氧水平。方法通过对A、B两家塑料公司工作场所职业病防护设施进行调查,对电晕工作场所空气中臭氧浓度进行采样检测。发现A公司电晕工作场所空气中臭氧浓度高于B公司,并超过职业接触限值。结论即使物理加工方法产生的有害化学因素也存在超过职业接触限值的可能。对劳动者健康存在一定程度的影响。
To understand engineering plastic film corona levels of ozone in the air of workplace. By means of A, B two plastic company workplace occupational-disease- prevention facilities in the investigation, the corona sampling test concentrations of ozone in the air of workplace. By testing found that company A corona is higher than company B concentrations of ozone in the air of workplace, and exceed the occupational exposure limit. Came to the conclusion that even if the physical processing method to produce harmful chemical factor is more than the possibility of occupational exposure limit, there is a certain degree of impact on workers health.
