摘要
目的用植酸溶液对正畸镍钛合金弓丝进行表面涂层,研究涂层处理前后的镍钛弓丝的耐腐蚀性及机械性能变化。方法将镍钛弓丝放入同等条件下,不同pH值植酸溶液中进行耐腐蚀处理后,置于模拟人体口腔环境中,观察比对腐蚀相同时间后不同pH值植酸处理的镍钛弓丝的腐蚀情况及机械性能变化。结论植酸可以有效减轻镍钛合金弓丝在口腔环境中的腐蚀程度,且植酸对其机械性能无影响。
Objective To study the change of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of NiTi wires before and after soaked into phytic acid solution. Methods NiTi wires were treated by different pH phytic acid under same condition,and then put into artificial saliva. The corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of NiTi wires were compared after same time but different pH etching. Conclusions Phytic acid can effectively reduce the corrosion of NiTi wires in artificial saliva,and phytic acid has no effect on its mechanical properties.
