一例有机热载体快速氧化变质的分析及处置建议

摘要 本文对一例开式传热系统有机热载体酸值短期内超标的事故原因进行了分析,提出了系统循环泵的扬程与系统阻力特性不匹配和膨胀槽的高度不足导致膨胀槽内有机热载体温度偏高是主要原因,给出系统改进的措施和建议,并对本例事故反映的有机热载体锅炉普遍存在的问题进行了分析阐述。 In this paper, the reason for the rapid increase of acid value of heat transfer fluid in a heat transfer fluids boiler with an opening heating system was analyzed. It showed that mismatching pumping head with resistance of the circulatory system and the low height of expansion tank were the two main reasons. Some improving suggestions were given for the circulatory system. And common problems reflected from this accident were also analyzed in this paper.
