摘要
封头是压力容器的主要受压元件,其厚度决定压力容器的本质安全。通过对封头的最小成形厚度、有效厚度及名义厚度的解读,进一步探讨了封头厚度的施工图标注与SW6程序输入。认为封头名义厚度考虑"成形减薄量"时,应符合封头的制造实际;最小成形厚度取δ+C_2值为合理;SW6计算若采用"封头名义厚度"输入δ_(min)+C_1值时,应注意保证得到正确的许用应力值。
Head, whose thickness influences intrinsic safety of pressure vessels, are as main pressure components for pressure vessels. Through the interpretation of minimum required fabrication thickness, effective thickness and nominal thickness for heads, construction drawing labeling and SW6 program input of heads thickness have been discussed further. The conclusion is that, nominal thickness of heads should conform to manufacturing practice when forming thickness reduction has been considered, or it is rational that minimum required fabrication thickness is δ plus C_2, or care must be taken to assure that correct allowable stress value should be got when δ_(min) plus C_1 is used as input for nominal thickness of heads in the SW6 calculation.
