电梯井道安全门的检验重点及整改措施探讨

Discussion on Inspection Emphases and Corrections Measures for Emergency Doors in Elevator Well

在检验工作中经常发现电梯设置的井道安全门有很多不符合标准和检规要求的地方,存在很大安全隐患。本文根据实际检验的情况,介绍了井道安全门的检验重点,对存在的问题提出相应的整改措施。随后特别针对安全门与轿厢水平距离超标很大的情况,提出了设计整体式双层安全门的改进方案。最后提出了对电梯井道安全门出台专门管理规定的建议。

Elevator inspectors often find that lots of well emergency doors do not meet the needs of the standards or regulations, which may induce seriously safe issues. Based on the actual experience, this article gives the inspection emphases on emergency doors, and puts forward the corresponding corrective measures for solving the existing problems. Then it especially proposes the correction scheme of integral double-deck emergency door when the horizontal distance between the door and car exceeds much over than that required by the standard. Finally, some suggestions about special administrative regulations are put forward for the emergency door.
