摘要
查找城市燃气埋地管道泄漏点是保障燃气管道安全运行的重要途径,目前埋地钢质管道泄漏检测技术主要包括基于硬件检测技术和软件检测技术,对它们的优缺点进行了比较,由于新技术的局限性导致并不适用于城市燃气钢质管道和聚乙烯管道泄漏检测定位。将人工巡检法与埋地钢质燃气管道定位技术相结合进行燃气泄漏点检测定位,经现场实践证明对于准确定位钢管燃气泄漏点具有很好的效果;将人工巡检法与气相色谱分析技术相结合探查聚乙烯燃气管道泄漏点,探测效率高,定位准确。
An important way to ensure the safe operation of gas pipelines in city is to find out the leakage point. At present the leakage detection technology of buried steel pipeline mainly includes hardware detection method and software detection method, the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies are compared, but these new technologies don't apply to the urban gas steel and polyethylene pipeline because of the limitations. Confirmed by the field practice, artificial inspection method and buried steel gas pipeline location technology are combined to find steel gas pipeline leak point, the results show that this technology has very good effect in leakage location accuracy. Artificial inspection method and gas chromatography analysis method are combined to find polyethylene gas pipeline leak point, the results show that this technology has high detection efficiency and accurate positioning.
