摘要
目前有机热载体锅炉能效测试存在因行业使用特点限制无法达到定型能效测试所要求的额定工况、有机热载体物性参数缺乏及高温下流量测量准确性差等问题。为合理地解决这些问题,提出一种新型有机热载体能效测试方法,设计并搭建了一个可拆装的统一能效测试平台,其自制换热器具有不同高度的出水口,负荷可调,并采用测量换热器冷却水的进出口温度和循环流量计算换热量的方式,避开了目前有机热载体锅炉能效测试时达不到额定工况、有机热载体物性参数和循环流量测量可靠性差的难题,能效测试准确度提高。
Currently, there are problems in the energy efficiency indicators of organic heat transfer material boiler, such as the unachievable rated condition because of usage limitation which is required in the identified efficiency test, the lack of physical parameters of the organic heat transfer material, the poor accuracy of flow measurement at high temperature, and so on. This paper presents a new approach of efficiency test, and a detachable unified energy efficiency test platform is designed and built to solve the problems above. There are different levels of water outlet in the special heat exchanger in order to achieve adjustable load, and the quantity of heat exchange is obtained by calculation and the measurement of the inlet and outlet temperature and the circulation flow of the cooling water in the heat exchange. The problems mentioned above could be avoided and the accuracy of the energy efficiency indicators increases.
