湿地保护与管理培训需求分析

An Analysis of Training Needs on Wetland Conservation and Management

2017年3月至4月,为了解湿地保护管理的培训需求,对全国湿地保护地工作人员进行了问卷调查。问卷主要采用电子邮件发送和回收,共回收293份问卷,其中有效问卷250份。结果表明:在23项培训内容中,湿地监测与野外调查技术和方法(水文、植物、动物等)、湿地修复与栖息地重建技术和模式的培训需求程度最高。不同工作岗位的职责不同,所需的培训内容也不同,因此在设计培训计划时,应有针对性地分类培训。培训方式以2周以内的短期培训为主,且采用专家室内授课、野外实践和参观学习相结合的方式进行培训。

To analyze the needs of training on wetland conservation and management,a survey was conducted among 293 officers from different protected areas of wetlandsfrom March to April 2017.The questionnaires were dilivered and collected by e-mails,of which 250 were valid.Among all training contents,results showed that the demand of techniques and methods of wetland monitoring and field survey ranks the first,followed by techniques and modes of wetland restoration and habitat reestablishment.Generally,the training is preferred to be organized with indoor lectures,field observations and study tours.The results also revealed that training needs vary according to duties of different positions.Therefore,target-oriented and classified training is suggested.
