PC钢结构与3D打印共建装配式住宅体系工程应用分析

摘要 PC装配式斜支撑节点钢结构体系不同于传统的钢框架,具有很好的整体刚度;分析了PC构件单元—叠合楼板的工程应用、通过BIM技术实现构件加工图纸与构件模型双向的参数化信息连接、外墙围护体系的性能,绿色建筑设计的应用,PC构件实现BOM清单工业化生产,全面探讨PC装配式斜支撑节点钢结构住宅体系的应用和3D打印建筑技术的发展。 The pc-prefabricated steel structure with inclined support joints is different from that of traditional steel frame, which has a good global stiffness. Analyzed the engineering application of PC component unit -composite floor slab, with BIM technology implementation artifacts processing drawing and component model of two-way parametric information connection, the exterior wall retaining system, the performance of the application and development of 3D printing technology, the application of green building design, PC component implementation BOM listing industrialized production, fully discusses the PC fabricated inclined support node the development of the steel structure housing system.
