西瓜枯萎病发病规律、抗性机理及防治研究

摘要 西瓜枯萎病是一种重要的世界性土传真菌病害。近年来,随着西瓜生产的设施化、规模化以及连作的种植布局,西瓜枯萎病频繁暴发并有蔓延的趋势,严重影响了西瓜的产量和品质,对我国的西瓜生产和发展造成巨大经济损失。文中通过对西瓜枯萎病发生规律、抗性机理的研究,将从抗病育种、农业防治、嫁接防治、化学防治、生物防治等方面对生产中西瓜枯萎病的综合防治方法进行了论述,并提出在防治方法上存在的问题和研究方向。 Watermelon Fusarium wilt was an important soilborne fungal disease in worldwide. The protected,large-scale cultivation and continuous cropping of watermelon has led to the outbreak of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum frequently in recent years, which hasgreatly reduced the yield and quality of the watermelon, resulting in huge loss in watermelon production. In this study,through the research on occurrence regularity, mechanism resistance of watermel Fusariun wilt,the methods of integrated management of this disease,including resistant varieties,cultural practices,grafting,chemical control and biocontrol in the process of watermelon production were reviewed, and the problems and research directions in the prevention and control methods were also put forward.
