瞬时受体电位A1通道在偏头痛中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 瞬时受体单位A1通道(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily A-member 1,TRPA1)又称ANKTM1,属于瞬时受体电位通道超家族(transient receptor potential channel,TRP channel)离子通道超家族中的一员,是一种非选择性阳离子通道,可将冷刺激、化学刺激以及机械刺激转化为内向电流,引发一系列生理功能,尤其参与疼痛产生,TRPA1主要分布在初级感觉神经元上,如三叉神经节、迷走神经节及背根神经节。偏头痛作为一种慢性神经血管性疾病,其发病原因及病理机制尚未明确。近来大量研究揭示了TRPA1和偏头痛之间联系,越来越受到国内外研究者的关注,以期深入研究TRPA1通道有助于为偏头痛疾病诊疗和预防评估新思路。根据近5年相关文献,本文就TRPA1在偏头痛中的研究进展进行概述。
