黄石地区有上消化道症状的儿童幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况分析

Analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection in children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms in Huangshi area

目的通过对有上消化道症状的儿童的幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)的检测,分析黄石地区有上消化道症状的儿童Hp的感染情况。方法分别抽取黄石地区大冶市人民医院消化内科1 240例有上消化道症状的儿童的Hp检测结果,并分为男女组和按不同的年龄段:3~6岁,7~10岁,11~13岁进行分组,对各组结果进行回顾性统计、分析。结果儿童Hp测定阳性571例,总的感染率为46.0%;男性组儿童Hp阳性患者287例,Hp感染率为44.6%;女性组儿童Hp阳性患者284例,Hp感染率为47.7%;男性儿童感染Hp较女性儿童稍低,但差异统计学无显著意义(P>0.05)。3~6岁组儿童254例,Hp阳性患者75例,Hp感染率为29.5%;7~10岁组儿童506例,Hp阳性患者222例,Hp感染率为43.9%;11~13岁组儿童480例,Hp阳性患者274例,Hp感染率为57.1%;随着年龄的增大,各年龄组Hp感染率明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄石地区为Hp的高感染地区,大部分Hp感染在儿童期获得,男女儿童均易感,男女儿童感染率无显著差别;随着儿童的年龄的增大,Hp的感染率显著升高。

Objective To detect Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） in children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms and investigate the Hp infection in children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms in Huangshi area. Methods Selected 1 240 cases Hp detection results of upper gastrointestinal symptoms in children of Gastroenterology from the People＇ s Hospital of Daye city in Huangshi area,and divided into male and female groups and at different ages： 3 ~ 6 years,7 ~ 10 years,11 ~ 13 years old group,the results for each group were analyzed retrospectively. Results The positive rate of Hp in all children was 571,with a total infection rate of 46. 0%. In the male group,there were 287 Hp-positive patients with Hp infection rate of 44. 6%. In the female group,284 were Hp-positive patients with Hp infection rate of 47. 7%. Male children Hp infection was slightly lower than female children,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. 254 cases of children aged 3 to 6 years old,75 cases of Hp positive patients,Hp infection rate was 29. 5%; 506 children aged 7 to 10 years,222 cases of Hp positive patients,the Hp infection rate was 43. 9%; 480 children aged 11 to 13 years,274 Hp-positive patients,the infection rate of Hp was 57. 1%. With the increase of age,the infection rate of Hp in each age group increased obviously,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Huangshi area is the high infection area of Helicobacter pylori; occurs in childhood most of HP infection,male and female children were susceptible,there was no significant difference between men and women infected children,with the increase of the age of the child,the infection rate of Hp increased significantly.
