优化输血检验流程以降低检验差错事故

Optimize the blood transfusion test procedure to reduce test error incidents

目的观察优化输血检验流程对降低检验差错事故的影响。方法选取2016年1月-12月来医院进行输血治疗的患者150例进行研究,采用奇偶数随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组实施常规输血检验,观察组优化输血检验,对比分析2组输血性疾病、输血反应及医患纠纷的发生率及患者的输血满意度。结果观察组的输血性疾病、输血反应以及医患纠纷的总发生率为2.7%低于对照组的12.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的输血总满意度为97.3%明显高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化输血检验流程可降低输血性疾病的发生率,也可降低输血反应情况的发生,还能减少医患纠纷,提升患者的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of optimization of transfusion testing procedures to reduce test errors.Methods A total of 150 patients with transfusion from January to December in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group for study. The control group was given routine blood transfusion test,the observation group was given optimized blood transfusion test. Compared the incidence of transfusion disease,transfusion reactions and doctor-patient disputes and patient satisfaction with blood transfusion of 2 groups. Results The total incidence of transfusion reaction,transfusion reaction and doctor-patient dispute in observation group was 2. 6% lower than 12. 0% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The total satisfaction of transfusion in observation group was 97. 3%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Optimize the blood transfusion test process can reduce the incidence of transfusion disease,but also reduce the incidence of transfusion reactions,but also reduce doctor-patient disputes and enhance patient satisfaction,it is worth promoting.
