摘要
采用搅拌铸造法制备了漂珠粒径为80μm、体积分数为6%的漂珠/AZ91D复合材料。利用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)装置对漂珠/AZ91D复合材料进行不同高应变率下的压缩试验,分析了复合材料在高应变率条件下的压缩力学性能的变化规律。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析了复合材料的组织和断口显微形貌。结果表明,漂珠/AZ91D复合材料在室温动态压缩下,具有显著的应变率敏感性,其压缩强度随应变率的增加而增大。复合材料中的漂珠具有较好吸能作用,其断口具有明显的脆性断裂特征。
Cenosphere/AZ91D composites were prepared using stir casting method, of which grain size is 80μm and volume fraction is 6%. The split hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)was used for compression test of the composites with different high strain rate, The change rule of compressive properties was analyzed under the condition of high strain rate, The microstructures and the fracture surface morphology were investigated by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the cenosphere/AZ91D composites have strong strain rate sensitivity under the condition of room temperature dynamic compression. Its compressive strength increased with the strain rate increasing. Cenosphere in the composites has good energy absorption function, and the fracture surface morphology shows the obvious brittle fracture characteristic.
