泡沫法分离纯化苦荞叶蛋白工艺研究 被引量:3

Research on Isolate and Purify Process of Protein from Buckwheat Leaf by Foam Method

摘要 利用响应面优化泡沫法分离纯化苦荞叶蛋白工艺。以苦荞叶蛋白回收率为指标,通过响应面分析法确定泡沫法分离纯化苦荞叶蛋白最佳工艺条件,泡沫法分离纯化苦荞叶蛋白的最佳条件为:p H 5,离子浓度2.3 mol/kg,稀释倍数32倍,温度35℃。在此条件下苦荞叶蛋白回收率为88.8%。 Foam fractionation technology of buckwheat leaf protein was optimized by response surface methodology. With the recovery rate of protein from buckwheat leaf as indicator, the optimum condition of isolate and purify process of protein from buckwheat leaf by foam method was determined by the response surface methodology, such as pH for 5, ion concentration for 2.3 mol/kg, diluted multiples for 32, and temperature for 35 %. The recovery rate of protein from buckwheat leaf was 88.8% under such condition.
