引风机汽动驱动联合供热系统节能效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对机组容量大、且有供热需求的纯凝发电机组电动引风机增容改造后引起厂用电率大幅增加的问题,提出了引风机汽动驱动与供热相结合的联合供热系统。此系统既解决了环保设施增容带来电动引风机出力不足的问题,又增加了供热能力,实现了蒸汽热能梯级综合利用,大幅降低厂用电和能耗的目的。此系统应用在国电荥阳煤电一体化有限公司超临界2×630 MW机组中的结果表明:改造后非采暖期,降低供电煤耗0.435 g/(k W·h),节约厂用电率1.35%,折合降低综合供电煤耗约4.485 g/(k W·h);采暖期降低供电煤耗4.35 g/(k W·h)、厂用电率1.7%,折合降低综合供电煤耗约9.45 g/(k W·h);年节约标准煤5 220 t,多增加上网电量4 400万k W·h,每年节能与多发电收益约1 091.4万元,改造节能效果及经济收益显著。 Aim at the problem that auxiliary power consumption rate dramatically increased after the modification of capacity expansion of electric induced draft fan in a pure condensing generator with large unit capacity and heating demand, a heating system combining steam driven induced draft fan and heating demand is put forward in this study. This system can solve the problem that the output of electric induced draft fan is insufficient due to the capacity expansion of environmental protection facilities. Besides, this system can increase the heating capacity, which achieves the comprehensive cascade utilization of steam energy and significantly decreases the auxiliary power consumption and energy consumption. Moreover, this system has been applied to the 2×630 MW supercritical unit of coal-electricity integrated corporation limited of Guodian Xingyang Power Plant. The results show that, after the modification, during the non-heating period the coal consumption rate, auxiliary power consumption and comprehensive coal consumption are decreased by 0.435 g/(kW·h), 1.35% and 4.485 g/(kW·h), respectively. During the heating period, the coal consumption rate, auxiliary power consumption and comprehensive coal consumption are decreased by 4.35 g/(kW·h), 1.7% and 9.45 g/(kW·h), respectively. 5 220 tons of standard coal are saved each year, more than 44 million kW·h of on-grid electricity is added, and the annual earnings of energy-saving and multi-generation yield are about 10.914 million yuan, Therefore, the energy saving effect and economic benefits are remarkable.
