摘要
我国学校心理学服务长期遵循传统医学服务模式,其理论与实践脱节严重,出现的系列困境导致不能满足现代教育变革的需求。当代心理学进展中涌现出的积极心理学、社区心理学等思潮对我国传统学校心理学发展模式提出挑战,同时也带来新的发展机遇。为此,学校心理学应该坚持基础研究与实践应用相结合,不断完善学校心理学工作者的资格认证和培训工作,明确学校心理学工作者的工作内容与任务要求,以满足当代教育变革对我国学校心理学服务的现实需求。
School psychology service in China cannot meet the need of modem education reform for following traditional medical service modes for a long time, its theory and practice are seriously out of touch. Positive psychology, community psychology and other ideological trends emerged in the progress of contemporary psychology challenge the psychology development model of traditional school in China, but also bring new opportunities for it. Therefore, school psychology should insist the combination of basic research and practical application, continuously improve the qualification certification and training work of school psychologists, clarify work content and task requirements of school psychologists, in order to meet the real need of present education change in our school psychology services.
