摘要 为了制作满足第四届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的"S"形轨迹无碳小车实体模型,根据机械原理的知识,应用UG建模模块建立了小车的三维仿真模型,并用数学理论研究的方法对模型的运动轨迹进行了分析。应用Matlab软件对小车运动轨迹的数学方程组编程求解;应用UG运动学模块对小车后主动轮运动学仿真,进而对小车进行参数化设计结构改进。通过对制作的小车实际运行轨迹和仿真轨迹对比分析,结果表明:自行设计制造的无碳小车符合竞赛主题,其运动轨迹完成了连续绕五个桩的成绩,为以后的工程训练技能大赛积累了经验,并为无碳小车的设计积累了经验。 In order to make the solid model of the S trajectory carbon - free ear that meet the requirement,a 3D simulation model of the car was built by UG, and the trajectory of the model was analyzed by mathematical theory. The Matlab software was used to solve the mathematical equations of the car trajectory. The kinematics module of UG was used to simulate the rear drive wheel of the car, and then the parameterized design and structure improvement of the car were carried. Through the comparison of the actual running track and the simulation track of the produced car,the designed carbon free car meets the requirements. The results show that the designed carbon - free car meets the requirements,the car completes around five consecutive piles. It provides a design reference for carbon -free car.
