摘要
针对研究对象R-1型散热器,从宏观角度进行冷却系统热管理工作。为了研究散热器的散热特性,在图形化建模软件AMESim中建立与R-1型散热器配套的发动机冷却系统模型,进行与该散热器匹配的冷却系统热管理仿真工作。通过仿真分析得到散热器在指定工况下的温度变化特性,散热器进出口温度变化曲线以及进出口温差变化。研究结果可以为零部件厂对散热器的实验研究提供理论依据。
For the R-1 type radiator, the heat management of the cooling system is carried out from the macroscopic as- pect. In the graphical modeling software AMESim, the engine cooling system model matched with the R-1 radiator was es- tablished, and the thermal management simulation of the cooling system matched with the radiator was carried out to study the heat dissipation characteristics of the radiators. Through the simulation analysis, the temperature change characteristics of the radiator in the specified condition, the temperature variation curve and the change of the temperature difference of the in- let and outlet of the radiator were obtained. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the experimental research of the radiator for parts factory.
