地铁车辆司机室车门故障的一种解决方案

A solution to the cab door fault of metro vehicle

目前,国内的地铁列车司机室车门大多采用的是手动式机械门,且又将车门的状态开关串联在门联锁环路中,此种设计存在机械式锁闭系统由于故障意外打开而导致门联锁断路、列车触发紧急制动的故障,严重影响司机的安全及正常运营秩序。本文旨在提供一种解决此类故障的方案。

At present ,the domestic metro train cab mostly adopts manual mechanical door. And the cab door status switches are designed into the gate interlock loop. This design may lead to the broken circuit of gate interlock and the fault of train e- mergency brake. It affects the safety of the driver and the operation order of the subway seriously. A solution to this kind of fault is provided in this paper.
