摘要
对一款出口精密塑胶模具进行了设计。运用Moldflow软件对塑件成型过程进行模拟,获取合理的进胶位置,避免后期更改浇口。对模具结构设计进行了详细介绍,特别是二次抽芯机构的设计。经量产实践验证,模具结构紧凑合理,运行平稳可靠,在保证产品的成型质量和生产效率要求下,达到节约成本的目的。
An precision plastic mould for export was designed.The rational injection points was obtained through the simulation of plastic moulding process with Moldflow software to avoid later gate changing.The mould structure,especially the design of the secondary core pulling mechanism is introduced detailedly.This mould has compact and reasonable structure,runs smoothly and stablely under mass production,and the cost saving is achieved under the condition of the assurance of moulding quality and production efficiency.
