超柔软钢丝绳铠装电缆的设计制造 被引量:2

摘要 针对采用一根钢丝绳和一根电缆的传统舟桥等下锚固定施工方式的不足,进行了超柔软钢丝绳铠装电缆的研发。对该电缆的结构设计及制造工艺展开详细介绍。该电缆将用于通电的电源线、用于通信的控制线和用于承力的钢丝绳结合在一起,通过对缆芯中电源线和控制线的导体结构设计使电源线和控制线变得更柔软,同时通过对钢丝铠装层的绞合结构设计使钢丝铠装层变得柔软、可反复收放、满足10倍弯曲直径,且具有超过180kN的高破断力,为舟桥等下锚固定施工提供了一种新选择。 Aiming at the shortcoming of traditional construction methods with a steel wire rope and a cable used in boat and bridge anchoring fixed,the development of super-flexible steel wire rope armored cable is carried out.The structure design and manufacturing process of the cable are introduced in detail.The cable combines with the power wire used for electricity,the control wire used for communication,and the steel wire rope used for bearing strength.By designing the conductor structure of power wire and control wire in the cable core,the power wire and control wire are made more flexible.Meanwhile,by designing the stranded structure of the steel wire armored layer,the armored layer is made more flexible and meets the tenfold bending diameter when being deployed and retracted repeatedly,and has high breaking force over 180 kN.It provides a new choice for construction method in boat and bridge anchoring fixed.
