气相清洗技术在航天器电缆网清洗中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Gas Phase Cleaning Technology in Spacecraft Cable Network Cleaning

气相清洗技术作为一种高效的清洗技术被广泛应用于电子线路清洗,但在航天器电缆网中的应用尚无先例。为了实现对航天器电缆网元件的高效清洗,对气相清洗技术在航天器电缆网元件(导线、电缆焊接组件和整根电缆线束)中的应用展开了深入的研究,通过相容性试验确定了合适电缆网元件材料的气相清洗剂,通过清洗效果对比试验确定了合适电缆网元件的气相清洗工艺参数。

As an effective cleaning technology,gas phase cleaning technology is widely used in electronic circuit cleaning,but it has never used in spacecraft cable network.To realize the effective cleaning for the elements in spacecraft cable network,deep research on gas phase cleaning technology application in the elements（wire,cable welding assembly and the whole cable harness）of spacecraft cable network is carried out.The gas phase cleaner which is suitable for the material of cable network elements is determined through compatibility tests,and the suitable process parameters are also determined by the compared test of cleaning effects.
